Police make arrest in stabbing that killed 1, injured 1 at Phoenix business

Phoenix law enforcement arrested Rodrigo Zamora Valenzuela, 29, on suspicion of stabbing two folks, killing one of them, Thursday afternoon.

Officers responded to experiences of a stabbing near 27th Avenue and Jackson Road around midday, according to division spokesperson Sgt. Andy Williams.
